I bought a Bobsweep pet hair from Groupon about a year and a half ago. It was a great price and feature rich compared to other vacuums on the market. When it worked it worked well, I was impressed with the amount of debris that was in the dustbin in each cleaning, but it would constantly go into error mode and stop cleaning. I asked for a return from Groupon and sent it back. I was told by Bobsweep customer service that a new model Bobi was coming out that was better and smarter. I waited until it came out and when I saw it offered on Groupon I ordered it. When it arrived I was very pleased with it out of the box. I charged it up and it worked well, one thing I noticed though is that it didn’t seem to have the same suction power as the previous Bobsweep pet hair, it was more a sweeper which was fine as I have hardwood. It still cleans well and I rarely need to clean my floors or use the regular vacuum. A few weeks back after having the Bobi for 8 month the battery stopped holding a charge. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in providing me service and support. Although the site says the battery is only 6 months warranty, they were fine with providing me warranty on the battery less shipping $9.95. I decided to send the whole unit back just in case there was another problem causing the battery problem. I was pleased with Bobi but disappointed the battery life was less than a year, I hope that the replacement doesn’t die in another 8 months.
I have a Bob and I adore him! He is THE BEST piece of appliance at my home. I have gifted Bob my Mom on mother’s day. She was not happy with Bob because it was too complicated for her, but we were able to exchange it for a Bobi which is a smaller and simpler version of Bob. She really likes Bobi. I want to thank you guys at Bobsweep customer service. Your generosity and kind-heart is not going to be forgotten!!
I purchased Bobsweep Pethair off groupon. I love him…but, within the first month, I had many problems with him. I returned him for an exchange of a new one. I received the new one, which I have only had for a month, and again I am having problems with him too. He is showing a “00” error & a “01” error which the manual shows as wheel problems. I have checked the wheels & have found no obstructions or anything. I performed the “Checkup routine” procedure on Bob & everything responded properly, including the wheel check. I am frustrated! I really love Bob, but I can’t continue to keep experiencing all these break downs. I called the company today & left a message. I am requesting my money be refunded. I have had 2 Bobsweep Pethairs and both have become defective with the first month. I will be looking for another brand of robotic vacuum to purchase & will not purchase this brand again.

Received my BOB yesterday and I’m very Happy. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, he cleans like a dream! It’s so nice to walk barefooted on my nice clean floors. He saves me so much work. Now I wonder why I never purchased one before now! Anyone that works full time needs BOB. What a time saver he is.
