Bob picks up pet hair and sand very well, however after 2 or 3 uses it must be disassembled to remove the pet hair that has wrapped around the ends of the main brush. This is very time consuming and more than offsets the benefit of bob’s remote operation. There has to be a better way to design this.
My Husband gave me Bob for Christmas I love him my house cleaner notices the difference in the amount of hair in my house. She said that Bob cut down the dog hair by 75%. Bob is only a month old and I’m getting an error code 01 I called customer service which they were very helpful but nothing worked so they are telling me that the right wheel needs to be replaced they gave me a choice of either sending it to them which will take about a month for me to get Bob back or they can send us the wheel and we can change it ourselves. I think I decided to try to replace the wheel ourselves because I don’t want to be away from Bob for a month. Hope it works out for Bob.
About 15 months after purchase, BOB started running mostly in reverse. After consulting with Bobsweep tech support, we diagnosed the problem and to my surprise and delight, a new part was sent at no charge. The video on the website was very good and made the repair easy. Now BOB is happy, running forward, and I am very pleased to have had such great service from Bobsweep. vern
My family bought this for me to save my back from vacuuming. Used it right away and worked great! Went back to the power station when it was low on charge. Tried to use it today and the charging station seems broken; the machine can’t find the station and the LCD screen on the charger is kaput showing random patterns and won’t turn off.
Well, I just went to take a picture of the station and it has reset itself after being unplugged for a few hours and works perfectly. Will keep an eye on it but this machine sure does what I expect of it!
We got Bob a couple of years ago and have been so pleased with I just got my daughter one for Christmas On a cyber Monday offer . Bob is such a life saver for dog owners or for elderly he cleans on a regular basis and customer service is great when we had a small issue with it .
