We adopted Bob as an early birthday gift for me. I am always stressing out about getting everything done. Well I have previously owned iRobot Roomba’s. and this beautiful boy Bob with his bright red smile called to me. He seemed like a good fit.

I have 3 dogs (soon 5 when we are married) and 4 kids (1 full time, 4 full summer). Needless to say this little man is our 5th child. He works his heart out and then goes to his room to charge.

He wasn’t up to cleaning for the 60-90 minutes I anticipated, I contacted customer service and heard back quite quickly, Jared said they would take care of me and Bob. Love our new buddy and stress reducer!

Adopt Bob soon, you will be glad you did!!!!!

I had a neato robotics vacuum that worked great and I loved it until my husband forgot he had put it outside and accidentally ran over it when we were moving homes. I ordered the bobsweep and it is junk. First thing was the battery which went out within a couple months of use. They did send me a new battery but made me pay for shipping (even though it’s not my fault that they sent it with a crappy battery to begin with). I have called and emailed customer service because it doesn’t pick up dirt and basically it is just stupid. It can’t figure out how to get out of a room even though it entered the room on its own, it runs into things sometimes and then other times stops 2’ short of the wall. I have given up on them fixing it so I will be throwing this piece of junk away and going back to a more reliable machine.

Owned a Bobi for a few months now. Everything was great at first, but now the vacuum can only go about 5 minutes before switching to “juice” mode and returning to the docking station. I will be contacting the company with the expectation of getting a replacement battery free of charge. I’m very disappointed with how poorly this machine degraded over time.

I bought the pet hair model off Groupon about two weeks ago. Initially, it did well, though my open floor plan confused it. It picked up dust and pet hair well, but would ignore the middle of my living room. I could live with that, as I isn’t expect this to totally replace my Dyson. Unfortunately, it has damaged my wood floors and cabinetry. I have a half in incline between my tile and wood floor, which is a gradual incline over a slight gradient. Bob couldn’t make it. The instructions say if it gets stuck, it will redirect itself. What they should say is that the vacuum will get stuck, stay stuck, and gouge the crap out of the wood floors in multiple spots as it attempts to maneuver. It also managed to punch out some of the small “knots” in the wood, and I still can’t figure out how. The lip around the side is also just tall enough to get stuck under cabinets, where it also stays. Luckily, the cabinets get it stuck enough that he doesn’t move, and just stops. I only get about 5 minutes of cleaning when that happens. He also has a hard time recognizing door stops, which conveniently hit the off button as he rolls by. I’m very disappointed, and unsure what to do to get my money back and fix the damage.

I purchased Bobi a week ago on Amazon and used it 5 times:
    1. after the first use – the panel which protects the motor felt off. The motor is exposed now.
    2. When I placed all my dining chairs on a top of the dinning table to make it easier for Bobi to clean – it was Ok.
    3. When I did not put all chairs on the top of the table and let them on floor – Bobi struggled to get outside of any chair it get inside. It spent time to get out thus draining the battery.
    4. After cleaning is done it got back to the charging station 3 times – 2 times it stuck in the farthest corners of the room.
The most interesting part is that when the Juice beep goes off near the charging station, it goes way from it and runs on Juice for 15 minutes until it stucks somewhere.

I am not happy Customer at all.
