Our Bobi is about a year old. It has been working hard everyday all this time. It sometimes get stuck under a chair or something. or the brushes gobbles up a small toy and stop working as we have young kids. After resetting our Bobi it just soldiers on. Our battery gave early trouble and the company send us a new one within a few days no cost. I think it was because we did not charge it properly the first time before using Bobi. Looking at how much other robo vacuums cost Bobi is great value for money. The best deal buying this product is the company’s after service commitment and care. I dont think you will find service like this anywhere. Try it and you will see. Thank you so much!
We received a Bobsweep Pet Hair Vacuum for my wife’s Birthday last August and what a excellent addition to our family. We are both senior and have problem bending because of back pain. Well much to our surprise we know longer have back pain from vacuuming because Bob took that all away. Bob picks up every little bit of dust and dirt in our home and the most excellent part of it is he does it all on this own everyday. We have know more worries about our home not being clean. We would recommend Bobsweep to everyone out there. We clean and maintain Bob every week to make sure that he is able to run smooth and get his job done. Thank you Bobsweep for making our lives a little easier everyday. We give Ricky in customer service all the praise and thanks for all his help in getting our Bobsweep up and running to continue to maintain the excellence that Bobsweep brings to our everyday lives. Thanks Ricky you are the best.
With Great Gratitude
Cheers
When my BobSweep arrived, I took her home (yes? Her! You will be talking to Him or Her by the end of the day, as they have irresistible personalities). Rouge, which is her name is suited for both my wood floors and area rugs. With her ability to find the center of the room and her persistence to cover every square inch of the floor, despite any obstacles, I invariably put in her way. You don’t see this on the wood floors, but on the area rugs you can see her little tracks showing her diligence. She does an excellent job at keeping the house clean. Before her arrival, I vacuumed each week and polished every month and thought I did a fair job at keeping my place tidy. Rouge vacuums daily (she likes it that way!) And I am constantly surprised, each evening, when I empty her dust bin to find that it is FULL… not with just dust, but inexplicably with large dust bunnies. Where they come from, only Rouge knows. Now with everything, accommodations have to be made. She has an amazing ability to find power cords and swallow them (smile) despite my best efforts to protect her. But after the first week. We finally achieved a “ Rouge Proof” environment for which she can roam safely. Our only injury was the loss of her screw that holds the Base Board Brush, but the wonderful people at BobSweep sent a bag full, seemingly overnight and Rouge was whole again. I have to say, no vacuum has transformed my life as Rouge has, and I cannot imagine having a better and cleaner flatmate.
I ordered my Bob from Amazon yesterday and it arrived today. I followed the Quick Start Guide and while Bob was feeding, I did a little pick up. As soon as he was finished feeding, I hit the Auto button on the remote. Bob immediately left his feeding station and began exploring. Oh, did I mention I have 2 curious cats? Immediately, both cats decided to wake up from their naps and check him out. The oldest cat, the one I refer to as baby boy, took it all in stride. He kept his distance but watched on. Oh, did I also mention both cats are part Maine Coon adoptees? They really like to shed the fur. Well, the other cat, the one I refer to as the curious one or trouble maker (I’m heard yelling “Megan” alot in this household), isn’t quite sure what to think. She is the cat who has to check out everything. She followed Bob as he made his rounds, but also kept her distance. About the time that she would decide to get closer, Bob would turn in her direction. Bob has just added another layer of entertainment while he also cleans the floors. What more can I ask for?
I’m also a former Roomba owner. Well, when I say former, I really mean my Roomba has been stored in a closet for several years now. When you have a long hair pet that sheds, the robotic vacuums are fantastic. Unfortunately, the model of Roomba I have is older and always got caught up on throw rugs. So, I just put it away, as an expensive lesson. The concept was fantastic but I was spending too much time, trying to locate a stuck Roomba.
My first impression of Bob is wonderful. He did have an issue with the dishwasher in the kitchen but I can live with that. He also can’t get under my furniture and I can live with that, too. I’ll just make sure cords are tucked away, under the furniture. Bob has only made his first round today and will have to finish up once he is done feeding (my house is a little bigger than what most robotics can handle on one charge). Until I get life under control, I think Bob will be working a little overtime but that’s alright. Fair is only fair. I had to work the overtime to be able to afford Bob’s adoption fees. So now, we will just work and grow together.
Now, do you also make a robotic dusting device? I can handle the window washing and the laundry.
I just got my bObsweep about 3 days ago and all I can say is OMG…. I love it… I have had more fun with it. I have in 3 days then I have ever had with any vacuum cleaner. It cleans really well and I actually thought I had done a really good job with my traditional vacuum cleaner. I have used it every day for the past 3 days and boy have I really not worked up no sweat nor have I hurt my back none.. which is a good thing. And I have a bad back so this really helps me a lot so that I don’t have to push and pull on a vacuum all I have to do is click Auto and it does its thing on its own. I did have an issue with trying to set the clock on the charging station but I emailed the customer service people and they were prompt in answering my email on how to fix that issue and they even went as far as calling me however, in my house I cannot get good reception on my cell phone so I missed that call but I was very impressed that they cared enough to even call about something as minor as setting the time on the charging port cause that doesn’t make it run any better . I have not tried the mopping thing with it yet due to fact that my tile and carpet meet and it tends to run over the floor and carpet at the same time so I would just as well mop it myself which is fine with me. I really wanted it for the vacuuming of the pet hair with 3 cats and 2 dogs in the house I need all the help there I can get. My son just got his wife one of the other Robot vacuum things and I told him I think this one works better then that one… So if I had to give it any kind of rating it would be at least 10 stars for how it works and for customer services as well hats off to these people they are the best. I love it and it is to empty the container not as often as I thought I would have to it holds a good bit of pick up … I am very impressed at this point with it and I am very glad that I was able to try it out… hat off to bObsweep!!!!
