I don’t usually post reviews, but the bObsweep is so amazing that I had to share my experience.
I bought my bObsweep a year ago after my mom recommended it to me. She had one and LOVES it!
I ordered mine and was amazed how quick and easy it was to get my bObsweep all set up and working. I’m a bit inept with technology, but the set up was quick and easy. Over the past year, my bObsweep has been amazing!! I have two large dogs, and it picks up the fur no problem. I used to sweep or vacuum at least three times a week. Now my bObsweep does all the work for me.
I recently had to contact customer support because my bObsweep needed a new wheel. I was very impressed with the quick communication and ease with which my issue was handled. In no time in had the replacement part (covered under warranty with NO hassle whatsoever), and my bObsweep is back up and running perfectly.
It is an amazing product built by a company who stands behind their product. I even received a follow-up email from customer support to check in and make sure everything went well with replacing the part (which again was very easy thanks to the company’s detailed videos for repairs and replacement work). I had the same customer support representative helping me the entire way – no ping-pong between different people.
I would absolutely recommend this company and their bObsweep to anyone. When the time comes for me to get a new unit, I will definitely be purchasing another bObsweep!
My husband purchased the PetHair a couple of weeks ago. To our surprise Bobsweep upgraded us to the PetHair Plus. ? We have thought about a robot vacuum for a long time now. I am disabled, and I’m unable to clean as thoroughly and as often as I should. I’m young, and I kept worrying that someone would judge me for getting one of these though. When we saw black Friday specials after Thanksgiving we decided to just go for it, anything cleaning is better than me not cleaning Haha. I’m ecstatic how well it cleans up. We have 3 dogs with lots pf hair and a little one that leaves crumbs everywhere. I’m happy, and my husband is happy the house is cleaner. Win, win! Thank you, Bobsweep for making my daily life so much easier. I look forward to trying more of your products that could help me in the future.
I always thought these type of machines were a waste of money. In order to make the wife happy I decided to research the sweepers and I decided the bobsweep pethair was the best one. After using it for one week I have decided this has to be one of the greatest inventions of all time. We have 5 small dogs so I run the bobsweep everyday and sometimes times twice a day. After every two cleanings the bin is full of dirt and hair. The one big thing is how thorough it cleans the corners and against furniture. It makes its way to the kitchen and goes in and out of the chairs cleaning everything. Since I purchased this I have convinced several people to buy it for their wife. If anyone wants to make their wife happy, buy the bobsweep.
My granddaughters got me a Bobsweep and I had no idea how helpful it is. After the excitement of the first day and a quick run, I thought it is another piece of technology that is close but no cigar when it didn’t find its charger. Then I watched the video tutorials and learned it has to be synched and placed somewhere central and ever since “Bob” has been running every other day picking up two coats worth of cat fur. A true life saver vacuum.
This is nothing better than a cheap(er) knockoff. Spend the extra money if you expect a great robotic vacuum.
This is my 2nd Bob. Got this one to handle the extra pet hair. The first got destroyed by our mastiff, so I never got to test fully. But I was not impressed out of the box.
This new version is not any better. It constantly has the same error codes. One of them being that the front wheel is obstructed. It’s not. It’ll run for 3 minutes before it just stops. It does not detect stairs very well and constantly gets stuck.
Bought a Roomba and it has none of these problems.
