Bob and I have a love hate relationship. I LOVE that he helps with the cat hair, but I hate that he needs my help EVERY SINGLE DAY. In less than a year I have had to send him in twice now for repairs, neither of which I feel we were responsible for. He is responsible for cleaning one floor of my house which is all tile and inhabited by pretty much only my two lovely kitties. All he has to do is sweep up cat hair and litter. He doesn’t do trim, under cabinets, gets stuck under dishwashers, in between chair legs, and can rarely find his charging station. I could go on with the complaints, but you get the idea. I have had my Dyson Animal for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. I wish the bObsweep people had been a bit more careful before marketing this product for pets, because it can’t handle them. By the way, he lives in the basement because he couldn’t get on and off the rugs on the main floor. I love his help, and I miss him when he’s gone for 6-8 weeks every couple months getting repaired, but I wish I had bought something that I could just return to the store and not deal with his neurotic tendencies.
